How claiming worked
After a deposit confirmed, the user opened Wallet and transferred funds Spot → Futures. The transfer was the claim — the bonus credited to the futures account automatically, usually within a minute. No codes were needed.
The terms that applied, in plain language
It was trading credit, not cash. The bonus itself could not be withdrawn — it was margin to trade with. Profits made with it were real and became withdrawable once the trading-volume target shown with the bonus was reached. It was valid for 30 days and required only a verified email (KYC level 1).
