What your members actually get

Sam is not a canned-answer bot. It's connected to the mSamex exchange in real time — the same prices and market data the trading terminal uses. When someone in your group asks a question, Sam answers with real numbers:

Beyond prices and market reads, Sam handles the questions that eat a moderator's day: how leverage and liquidation work, what funding rates are, how to deposit or withdraw, staking yields, fees, "is mSamex legit" (with the official verification page), and anything about the platform — in English, فارسی, Türkçe, العربية, Русский and effectively any language your community speaks.

What it deliberately does not do in public: discuss anyone's account, balances or deposits. Those questions get redirected to the private account bot, @mSamexbot, where the member links their own account securely. Your group only ever sees public knowledge.

What you earn as the group owner

Your group gets a referral link with your code attached. When the bot shares it (or you pin it), every member who joins mSamex through it becomes your referral:

1. 25% of their trading fees — for life every spot and futures trade they ever make, from their first $10 deposit onward, paid automatically within about a minute of each trade
2. $10 cash per qualified referral when they deposit 100 USDT and trade 2,000 USDT of futures volume
3. Everything is real, withdrawable USDT paid to your Spot wallet — not bonus credit, not points

You can track it all on your referral dashboard: itemized earnings per member, each referral's progress toward the $10 qualification, and — new — how many visits and unique visitors your link is getting, so you can see your group's traffic before it even converts.

Partners of the mSamex Partner Program attach their partner code or one of their partner links instead. Every member who signs up through the chat's link is then attributed to you as a partner and shows up in your partner portal (clicks and sign-ups), under the terms of your own partner agreement.

The anti-spam contract: what the bot will never do

We know exactly why admins hesitate to add bots. So the limits are hard-coded, not promises:

• Replies only when relevant — direct mentions, replies to the bot, or genuine crypto/trading/platform questions. Memes and chat pass through untouched.
• Minimum 20 seconds between replies, and at most 20 replies per hour in any group.
• At most one promotional post per 12 hours — and only if you've agreed to scheduled promos at all. Q&A-only mode is fine.
• Links only to official mSamex domains — the bot strips and ignores any link posted at it, which also makes it useless as a vehicle for scammers trying to trick it into echoing their URLs.
• You keep full control — remove it like any member at any moment, or ask us to mute it while keeping your referral attribution.

How to set it up (two minutes)

1. Have an mSamex account if you don't have one — sign up here. Your referral code is on the Referrals page; partners find their partner code and links in the partner portal
2. Add @msamexaibot to your group or channel in a group: add it like any member (admin rights are not needed for Q&A). In a channel: add it as an administrator — Telegram only lets bots into channels as admins
3. An admin posts /setref CODE in that group or channel the bot checks the code and replies at once with your chat's invite link — details in the next section
4. Optional: agree a promo schedule (groups only) a pinned-style intro post, campaign announcements — max one per 12h, your call entirely

Attaching your code — the exact process

Post /setref followed by any one of these:

1. Your referral code every user has one — Referrals page, "Referral code" row; referral codes start with SAM, so use the SAM code shown there. Example: /setref SAM9AB12CD345
2. Your partner code (partners) from the partner portal. Example: /setref 1003
3. Your partner link name (partners) the part after /r/ in your link. Example: /setref first1000
4. Your whole partner link, pasted as it is (partners) with or without https or www, a trailing slash or extra parameters. Example: /setref https://msamex.ee/r/first1000

Who can run it: only an admin of that group or channel. In a group, a normal member is refused; an admin posting anonymously (as the group) is accepted. In a channel only admins can post, so any channel post works. A post auto-forwarded from a linked channel into its discussion group does not count — post the command in the chat you want to attach.

From that moment every invite link the bot shares in your group carries your code. Referral sign-ups and link visits appear on your Referrals dashboard; partner clicks and sign-ups appear in your partner portal.

Groups vs channels

In a group, Sam answers your members' questions (within the anti-spam limits above), shares your invite link when someone asks how to join, and can carry optional announcements. In a channel, the bot never posts replies or announcements — it is there only so /setref can attach your code; share the invite link it gives you in your own posts.

If something doesn't work

1. No answer to /setref check the bot is still in the chat (in a channel: still an admin), that /setref is the first thing in the message, and that an admin sent it
2. "Only an admin … can set the referral code" the sender is not an admin of this chat
3. "This is not a valid mSamex referral code, partner code or partner link" copy it again exactly from the Referrals page or the partner portal; links to other websites are refused
4. "I could not verify that partner code right now" a temporary check failure — send the command again in a minute
5. Still stuck? message @mSamexbot with your group or channel name and your code — Sam opens a ticket and our team attaches it for you

Why this beats a paid "signal channel" deal

Sponsorship deals pay once and burn trust — your members know you were paid to promote something. Sam works the other way: it earns its place by being useful every day, the income scales with how active your referred members actually are (25% of real fees, forever), and everything it says is grounded in a real, verifiable exchange — established 2021, with public fees and a public verification page your members can check themselves.
